Frank Netti joined the Le Moyne women's basketball coaching staff after a distinguished career as a high school girl's coach. In 21 seasons at nearby Liverpool, Netti accumulated a record of 368-99 (.788). The Warriors captured 17 league titles, six sectional titles, and appeared in one state final. He started his basketball coaching career with St. Margaret's School from 1968 to 1975. From there, he spent two seasons coaching at Bishop Grimes. From 1978 to 1980, Netti served as an assistant coach at Onondaga Community College.

Netti also served as an assistant coach for the Liverpool High School varsity football team. Netti has been coaching football since 1972 and has been coaching at Liverpool since 1981. He graduated from Parsons College in 1968 with a Bachelors' degree in Business Administration. Netti did graduate work from 1975-77 at SUNY Cortland in Physical Education. Netti graduated from Pebble Hill School in DeWitt, N.Y. in 1964.

Netti lives in Liverpool with his wife, Mary Ann. His son Michael is the Head Basketball coach at Lackawanna Community College in Scranton, PA.
