The Le Moyne College Softball team didn't look to just improve its skills on the field this fall. With seven new members this season, third-year head coach Jason Marino and the Dolphins looked for new ways to grow as a team. They didn't have to look much farther than Fort Drum, New York. Home to the US Army and the 10th Mountain Division, the Fort Drum base hosts team training programs focusing on communication and leadership.
