LEADERSHIP ENHANCEMENT AND AWARENESS PROGRAM (L.E.A.P)
“Nurturing leadership skills for a life-long commitment to service and career successes”

Le Moyne’s Department of Athletics has developed this program to support and assist our student-athletes who desire to have opportunities and experiences beyond the traditional academic and athletic arenas. By providing substantive programming, participation in the “L.E.A.P.” will allow individuals to develop and prepare for future career, leadership and service endeavors and successes.
