Bobby Blevins earns MAAC Pitcher of the Week Honors
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - For the second consecutive week, senior right-hander Bobby Blevins has earned MAAC Pitcher of the Week honors. In Saturday's defeat of Saint Peter's, Blevins pitched a complete game shutout. He struck out 15 Peacocks and allowed only one walk.
In Blevins' last four starts, he has compiled a 4-0 record with a 1.09 ERA. Over 33.0 innings of work, the Le Moyne right-hander has allowed 22 hits while striking out 38 batters. Opponents hit .182 against over the stretch of four games.
Le Moyne will travel to Marist this weekend for a three game set
with the Red Foxes. Le Moyne is currently second in the MAAC with a
conference record of 11-2. Marist is in a tie for fourth with a 7-7
record. Blevins is scheduled to take the mound in game one of the
series on Saturday.
