Dear Alumni and Friends of Le Moyne Athletics, As a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, Le
Moyne College is responsible for ensuring that its
student-athletes, coaches, faculty and staff, and representatives
of athletic interests (more commonly referred to as boosters) abide
by NCAA legislation. The NCAA defines a "representative of
athletics interests" as any individual who has participated with
any organization that promotes Le Moyne's inter-collegiate
athletics program, has made financial contributions to the
athletics department or Le Moyne's Gold Wave, has assisted in the
recruitment of prospective student-athletes to Le Moyne, has
provided benefits to enrolled Le Moyne student-athletes, or has had
any involvement in promoting Le Moyne's athletics program. Once a
person is designated a "representative of athletics interests",
they retain that designation indefinitely. Tim
