GOLF: DOLPHINS PLACE THIRD AT MIKE BELLO INVITATIONAL
Syracuse, N.Y. - The Le Moyne College men's golf team finished in
third place at the Mike Bello Invitational with a score of 640.
Laval University came in first place with a team total of 592. Le
Moyne's top finisher, freshman Chris Sova (Oswego,
N.Y./Oswego) came in 10th place and shot a 155
in the two-day event.
The Dolphins, who were hosting the event, placed four golfers in
the top 20. Sophomore Andrew Lloyd (Oswego,
N.Y./Oswego) had a 12th-place finish with a two
day score of 158. Junior Tim
Martins (Cortland, N.Y./Cortland) and freshman
Anthony Viskovich (Massena, N.Y./Massena) both
placed in a tie for 18th with a score of 161.
The Dolphins will compete next this week in a three-way match
against St. Rose and Dominican on Wednesday, April 15th
at 11:00 AM in Voorheesville, N.Y.
