MBB: EDUARDO ARCHIBOLD BROWN NAMED TO PANAMA NATIONAL TEAM FOR
FIBA AMERICAS PRE-WORLD QUALIFIER
Syracuse, N.Y. - Le Moyne College men's basketball rising senior
center Eduardo Archibold Brown (Panama City,
Panama/Mercersburg Academy/West Georgia) has been selected
to play for the Panama National Team at the FIBA Americas Pre-World
Qualifier. The Pre-World Qualifier, which will be held in San Juan,
Puerto Rico, will run from August 24-September 4.
Archibold Brown, who joined the Dolphins last season after playing
two years at the University of West Georgia, averaged 1.5 points
and 1.6 rebounds in just under five minutes of action per contest.
Archibold Brown posted a season-high of six points in back-to-back
games in the Northeast-10 tournament. He hit 3-of-4 shots in 12
minutes of action in Le Moyne's opening round victory over Franklin
Pierce and connected on 3-of-5 attempts in the tournament
quarterfinal win at Stonehill. Archibold Brown registered a
season-best six rebounds against American International on January
28 and later tied his high by collecting six caroms at Saint
Michael's on February 18.
