LE MOYNE REMAINS ATOP USILA POLL FOLLOWING VICTORIES OVER BENTLEY & FRANKLIN PIERCE.
SYRACUSE, NY - Following two victories over Bentley and Franklin Pierce, the Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team remains atop the USILA poll. Additionally, the Dolphins were ranked first in the weekly laxnews.com poll.
On Saturday, the Dolphins defeated Bentley 10-1 as senior Brian Cost led the way with three goals and one assist. Using goals from 14 different Dolphins, Le Moyne jumped out to 9-0 advantage after one quarter and cruised to a 20-3 victory over Franklin Pierce
The wins marked the 23rd and 24th consecutive win for the Dolphins. They will now prepare to face the winner of the NE-10 Quarterfinal match-up of #4 St. Michael's vs. #5 St. Anselm on Friday, May 2nd at 4:00 PM at the Niland Athletic Complex. Le Moyne will seek their eighth straight conference title.
