JESSE CARR NAMED MEN'S SOCCER FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
South Easton, Mass. - Le Moyne College freshman Jesse Carr
(Skaneateles, N.Y./Skaneateles) has been named the
Northeast-10 Conference men's soccer freshman of the week, as
announced by the conference office on Monday, Nov. 10.
Carr, an All-Rookie team selection, earned his first weekly
honor after scoring a goal in the Dolphins' 1-1 week. Carr scored
his third goal of the season in the 30th minute of a 2-1
double-overtime win at UMass Lowell on Wednesday in the semifinals
of the Northeast-10 Championship.
Le Moyne (13-5-3) awaits word on a possible NCAA tournament berth
Monday evening when the NCAA holds their Division II men's soccer
selection show on www.ncaa.com.
