RICKY CHIDSEY NAMED NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE MEN'S SWIMMING FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR

SOUTH EASTON, Mass.- Le Moyne College freshman Ricky Chidsey (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Men's Swimming Freshman of the Year. Chidsey helped lead the Dolphins to a 20^th place finish at the NCAA Division II National Championships.

            Chidsey was named an Honorable Mention All-America for his 13^th place finish at the NCAA meet in the 200 back with a time of 1:52.48. He was also a part of the Honorable Mention All-America relay team that finished 12^th in the 200 free with a time of 1:25.14 and the 15^th place 400 medley relay team.

            Chidsey was named the Northeast-10 Conference Freshman of the Week nine different times this season. He also touched first in the 200 free at the state championships.
