RIT SWIMS PAST LE MOYNE MEN SWIMMING & DIVING; WOMEN REMAIN UNDEFEATED AND IMPROVE TO 10-0

ROCHESTER, NY - The swimming & diving teams traveled to RIT for a dual meet on Saturday. The men fell to the Tigers by the score of 164-127 and fall to 6-4 on the year. The women improved the unblemished record to 10-0 with 157-115 victory over RIT.

The women's team was led by Nicole Murphy who captured two first place finishes for the Dolphins in 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard breaststroke.  Erin Rappold (1000 freestyle), Meghan Nugent (200 butterfly), Kayla Ehle (500 freestyle) and Allison Lesher (100 butterfly) also earned a top finish in the win.

Ricky Chidsey helped the Dolphins with three victories in the 100 backstroke and the 50 and 100 yard freestyle. Freshman Jerry Dumary also chipped in with three victories as he placed first in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and 200 IM. Senior Ryan Lowrie also added a victory in the 100 butterfly.

The Dolphins return to action on Saturday, February 2nd as they travel to take on the Ithaca Bombers at 1:00 PM
