ITHACA SWEEPS LE MOYNE; WOMEN DROP FIRST DUAL MEET OF THE SEASON

ITHACA, NY - The Le Moyne College swimming and diving teams were defeated by Ithaca College on Saturday. The 123-116 loss marked the first for the women in 11 dual meets this seaosn. Falling to Ithaca 150-85, the men have lost three straight meets.

In defeat, Senior Ryan Lowrie and freshman Jerry Dumary led the Dolphins as they each placed first in two events.  Lowrie placed first in the 50 freestyle and 200 buterfly. Dumary placed first in the 200 IM and 200 breaststroke.  Junior Ricky Chidsey caputred first place in the 200 backstroke.

Senior Allison Lesher led the Dolphins as she placed first in the 200 IM and 100 butterfly.  Alyssa Tubridy (1000 freestyle), Genevieve Suits (200 freestyle) and Brianna Litz (500 freestyle) each caputured wins for Le Moyne. Jenn Gregory also place first in the one meter dive.

The Dolphins host Hamilton on Friday, February 8th in their final home dual meet of the season.
