TEN: BENTLEY MEN & WOMEN TOP LE MOYNE IN NE-10 ACTION.


WALTHAM, MA - The Bentley University men’s and women’s tennis teams recorded victories over Le Moyne College on Saturday. Bentley recorded all nine points on the men’s side while the women topped Le Moyne 7-2. Le Moyne’s lone victories came in #1 and #2 singles as Tirzah Walrath (Cortland, NY / Cortland) and Caroline Tisdell (Syracuse, NY / CBA) recorded straight-set victories.

The women fall to 1-3, 1-2 in the NE-10 on the season while the men drop to 0-3, 0-2 in conference play. The Bentley men improve to 3-2 on the year with a perfect 3-0 mark in the NE-10. The Falcon women remain unbeaten in conference action as well with a 4-0 mark, 4-1 overall.

This matched marked the final competition for both teams for the fall season. Both teams will return to action in February to continue their NE-10 schedules before the conference championships in April
