DOLPHINS CAPTURE LE MOYNE INVITATIONAL, JAKE MCANDREW PLACES 1ST
SYRACUSE, NY - The Le Moyne College men's cross country team captured the 2007 Le Moyne Invitational on Saturday. The Dolphins captured four of the top eight finishers, highlighted by Jake McAndrew who captured the top spot with a time of 27:21.
Kenny Foster of Mercyhurst placed second, just :38 seconds off McAndrew's pace. Patrick Stagnitta of Le Moyne, Ronny Whiting of Mercyhurst and Mike Milon of Gannon rounded out the top five.
Le Moyne captured the overall title with a score of 31. Mercyhurst finished in second with a overall score of 36. Gannon placed third and Herkimer fourth with scores of 64 and 120 respectively.
The Dolphins are back in action on October 21st as they travel to Stonehill College for the Northeast-10 Conference Championships.
