Mystic, Conn. – Le Moyne College senior Justine Ravas (Oswego, N.Y.) was named the 2008-2009 Northeast-10 Female Sportsmanship Award recipient, while Merrimack College freshman Robbie Sabadoz (Ottowa, Ontario) and University of New Haven senior James Hilaire (Jacmel, Haiti) were honored as Co-Male Sportsmanship Award recipients. South Easton, Mass. – Five Le Moyne College student-athletes have earned Northeast-10 Conference All-Academic honors for the Fall 2008 athletic season, as announced by the conference office on Friday afternoon. Women’s soccer team members Meg Turley (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse), Megan O’Shea (East Syracuse, N.Y./East Syracuse-Minoa) and Christina Harrison (Jamesville, N.Y./Jamesville-DeWitt) and cross country athletes Kelsey Ryan (Warsaw, N.Y./Livonia) and Jake McAndrew (Oswego, N.Y./Oswego) all earned academic honors for their respective sports.

SOUTH EASTON, MA - The Le Moyne College women's soccer team was named recipient of the Northeast 10 Conference Sportsmanship award for the third consecutive season. The Dolphins have captured the honor each of the first three years that it has been awarded. The award program, which recognizes one team from each of the league's championship sports that best exemplified the spirit of sportsmanship and generally conducted themselves with a high degree of integrity, character and class, is in its second year.
