SYRAUCSE, NY-Shorthanded due to injury, the Dolphins gave it there all. The Dolphins were defeated 8-1 to Merrimack at home Sunday. The loss drops the Dolphins to 2-14, (2-10 NE-10). Merrimack defeated Le Moyne by default in two single competitions and one double competition. [more]

Tirzah Walrath named Northeast 10 Player of the Year & Freshman of the Year

South Easton, Mass. – Freshman Tirzah Walrath of Le Moyne College has been named the 2007 Northeast-10 Women’s Tennis Vern Cox Player of the Year as well as being selected Women’s Tennis Freshman of the Year. Walrath wrapped up the season with a perfect 16-0 overall record at number one singles. She also earned All Conference First-Team Singles honors. [more]

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Freshman Tirzah Walrath wrapped up a regular season on Wednesday with a perfect 16-0 regular season record in first singles. The Dolphins defeated Franklin Pierce 5-0 and head into the Northeast 10 Conference tournament with a 6-6 record. [more]
