The Dolphins, who served as the home team as the game was originally scheduled to be played in Syracuse, got on the scoreboard in the first inning with back-to-back home runs. Sophomore shortstop
Courtney Case (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Mendon) led off the frame with a home run to center field. Junior right fielder

Sabrina Riley (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) then blasted a three-run home run to left field.
The Dolphins added a pair of runs on two hits in the fourth inning. After Cawley walked with two outs, junior left fielder
Allison Reynolds (Penfield, N.Y./Penfield) doubled to center to force a Pace pitching change. Case then doubled to center field to drive in Cawley and Reynolds.
Pace rallied with seven runs on five hits to take the lead in the sixth inning. Third baseman Amanda Limon singled to the pitcher to open the inning and was replaced at first base by pinch-runner Victoria Quinones. After an out, right fielder Tara Bernstein walked and Drury singled to load the bases. Labs then singled to drive in Quinones. Gellos followed with a sacrifice fly to right to knock in Bernstein and moved Drury to third. Following a walk by Sandhu to load the bases again, second baseman Ashley Lew walked to force in Drury. Catcher Hana Wright then launched a grand slam over the fence in left field to give the Setters a 9-7 lead.
Le Moyne got one of the runs back in the bottom of the frame as Case drilled her second home run over the fence in right field with two outs.
The Setters regained their two-run lead in the seventh. Drury led off with a bunt single to third base and came around to score on a triple to left center by Labs.
Le Moyne captured the victory in the bottom of the seventh with three runs on three hits and one Pace error. Sophomore third baseman

Alexis Eastman (Endicott, N.Y./Union-Endicott) followed with a single to center and was replaced at first by sophomore pinch-runner

Mackenzie Dreher (Hinckley, Ohio/Walsh Jesuit) drew a walk to force a Pace pitching change. Senior catcher
