Nicole Delany (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) scored five times in the first 14 minutes to lead the fourth-ranked Le Moyne College women's lacrosse team to a 15-4 victory over Southern New Hampshire University in Northeast-10 Conference action on Friday afternoon at Penmen Stadium.
The Dolphins scored the first 13 goals of the game and had a double-digit lead after just 14 and one-half minutes of play. Delany started the scoring 52 seconds into the contest off a feed from freshman attacker
Erin McMullen (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill). She doubled the lead with an unassisted tally with 26:12 remaining in the first half. Sophomore attacker
Sidney Hall (Adams Center, N.Y./South Jefferson) pushed the lead to three by converting a free-position shot with 24:59 left. Junior midfielder
Monica Sanna (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford) recorded her 10th goal of the year with 23:09 to go off a feed from Hall, who then found the back off the net off another free-position shot with 22:31 left in the half.
Following almost five minutes of scoreless action, the Dolphins scored five times in a span of 2:12 to take a double-digit advantage. Off the set-up for a free-position attempt, the ball was sent to Hall, who flipped a pass to Delany for her 25th goal of the year with 17:39 remaining. Just 28 seconds later, Delany found the back of the net again. She capped her scoring outburst 25 seconds later with her fifth goal of the contest. Sanna picked up her second goal of the day another 25 seconds later after receiving a pass from Hall in an extra-player situation. Freshman attacker
Emily Altland (North Bennington, Vt./Mount Anthony Union) concluded the five-goal burst with her fourth goal of the season with 15:27 left off a feed from Hall.
After seven minutes of scoreless play, junior attacker
Bryanna Fazio (Watertown, N.Y./General Brown) netted her 29th goal of the season with 8:20 left in the half. Senior attacker
Jacqueline Pardee (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) tallied her second goal of the season with 4:09 remaining after taking a pass from Fazio, who then completed the half's scoring with an unassisted goal with 1:06 to go.
Southern New Hampshire got on the scoreboard 1:44 into the second half as Alexa Bedell posted her 17th goal of the season.
Fazio got the scoring started for the Dolphins in the second half by finishing off a feed from junior attacker
Madison Pritchard (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee/Onondaga C.C./Canisius) with 21:02 left in the game.
Kristin Wilder answered with a free-position goal with 16:39 to play.
Fazio registered her team-best 32nd goal of the season with 12:35 remaining off a feed from Sanna to complete Le Moyne's scoring.
Wilder recorded another free-position goal with 5:54 left and Kennedy Daziel closed out the game's scoring with 1:13 left off a free-position shot.

Hannah George (Johnson City, N.Y./Maine-Endwell) extended her regular-season win streak to 25 games after making four saves (against two goals) over 49:38 between the pipes. Leah Olansky made nine saves (against 13 goals) in the first half for the Penmen.
Le Moyne (9-0, 5-0 NE10), which has won 21 straight NE10 games, is scheduled to host (for the third time this season) Assumption College on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
