Syracuse, N.Y. – Five players scored in double figures for the University of Rhode Island to lead the Rams to a 76-51 victory over the Le Moyne College women's basketball team in non-conference action on Sunday at Ted Grant Court.

Le Moyne freshman guard Eli Clark (Oakhurst, N.J./Ocean Township) tallied a season-best 14 points on 4-6 shooting from the field, including 3-4 from three-point range in 33 minutes played during the Dolphins' home opener. Graduate forward Haedyn Roberts (Holland Patent, N.Y./Holland Patent) provided seven points and 10 rebounds for the Dolphins, marking the second time through three games this season that she has pulled down double-digit rebounds.

Senior guard Mia Yanogacio (Somerset, N.J./Rutgers Prep/Delaware) contributed six points to the Le Moyne cause, while sophomore guard Jessica Wangolo (Ottawa, Ontario/Capital Courts Academy/Buffalo) tallied a career-high four points and a career-high three assists.

Sophomore guard Zhara Adeyemi (Brooklyn, N.Y./South Shore) added a career-high five points and a career-high two blocks. Senior guard Emily Florvil (Brooklyn, N.Y./Nazareth) pulled down a season-high seven rebounds with two steals and four points.

Junior forward Anaelle Dutat led the Rams in scoring and rebounding with 13 points and eight boards, while redshirt-sophomore guard Cia Eklöf registered 12 points on 4-6 shooting from beyond the arc.

Senior guard Sophie Phillips and senior center Harsimran "Honey" Kaur both recorded 11 points for the Rams, while junior guard Ines Debroise tallied eight points, seven assists and five rebounds to help URI improve to 2-1 on the year.

Le Moyne (0-3) set season highs in points (51), free-throw attempts (17), free-throws made (11), steals (5), field goal percentage (.321) and three-point field goal percentage (.400) during the setback.

Six different Rams scored in the opening quarter as the visitors shot 8-for-16 from the field during the first 10 minutes to open a 19-9 lead after the first frame.

A three-point field goal from Clark at the 6:55 mark of the second quarter cut Le Moyne's deficit to 23-14, but a jumper from Dutat during the next URI possession extended the lead to 11. The Rams would lead by double-digits for the remainder of the half and held a 17-point advantage at halftime thanks to six second-quarter points from both Dutat and Eklöf.

Rhode Island outscored Le Moyne 22-12 in the third frame to extend its lead to 61-34 heading into the final quarter.

The Dolphins tallied seven made field goals from seven different players during the fourth quarter as they outscored Rhode Island 17-15 during the final 10 minutes.
