Spartanburg, S.C. – The Wofford College Terriers recorded a 13-3 win over the Le Moyne College baseball team Friday in the opening contest of a three-game series at Wofford's Russell C. King Field.
Six different players recorded an RBI for the Terriers, led by first baseman Tyler Hare who tallied two hits, two walks, two RBIs and three runs scored. Catcher Lucas Grantham provided two hits, one walk, two RBIs and two runs for Wofford, while left fielder Adam Haber added two hits, one run and one RBI.
Junior right-handed starting pitcher Branton Little earned the win on the mound for Wofford after registering seven strikeouts with seven hits, three walks and three runs allowed in 5.0 innings of work. Freshman right-handed reliever Austin Laughlin limited the Dolphins to zero hits, one walk and zero runs with two strikeouts in the final 2.0 innings.

Ethan Farina (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa/Saint Rose), freshman shortstop
Dominick Russ (Horseheads, N.Y./Horseheads) and junior first baseman
Adam Sullivan (Syracuse, N.Y./Marcellus) each recorded two hits for Le Moyne during the setback. Sullivan smashed two doubles to drive in all three runs for Le Moyne, while Farina added a walk and two runs scored, and Russ contributed a walk and one run.
Friday's contest marked the first time in his career that Sullivan has recorded multiple doubles in the same game.

Bobby McBride (Brewster, N.Y./Brewster/UConn/Coastal Carolina) made his second start of the season for the Dolphins and recorded his first loss of the campaign after allowing two hits and three runs with three strikeouts in 2.0 innings.
