Lilly Capria (North Syracuse, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) has been named to the 2025 Northeast Conference Indoor Track & Field First Team All-Conference, as announced by the conference office on Monday. Freshman
Jacey Locci (Stillwater, N.Y./Stillwater) and freshman
Liam Rocks (Jersey City, N.J./St. Peter's Prep) were also named to the All-Rookie teams due to their performances during the conference championships.

Capria is the first track & field athlete to be named to an all-conference first-team since the 'Phins move to Division I. She made steady improvements throughout the season, specializing in the high jump and long jump events, while also competing in the triple jump event.
Opening the year at the West Point Open, she placed 6
th overall in the high jump event after earning a mark of 1.55m, while also placing 4
th in the long jump with a distance of 4.90m. Two weeks later, Capria set a program record in the long jump event, placing 3
rd overall after earning a mark of 5.16m at the RIT January Thursday Invitational. The following week, she improved her long jump mark yet again, this time earning a distance of 5.32m at the Brockport Invitational & Multi, just one week ahead of the 2025 Northeast Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships.
At the championships, Capria won the first-ever gold medal at a championship in program history, after winning gold in the high jump event. Her mark of 1.65m was her best of the season, and set a program record in the event for the 'Phins.
Jacey Locci also saw success in her first collegiate indoor track & field season. She specialized in the high jump event, while also branching out to the 4x400m relay and 200m. Opening the year at the Greg Page Relays & Multi, she tied the then-program record of 1.62m, showing signs of success from the very first meet. She earned a 2
nd place finish in the high jump event at the Utica Winter Opener after earning a mark of 1.54m. At the RIT January Friday Meet a week later, Locci and the 4x200m relay team placed 1
st overall after clocking a time of 1:53.11. Jacci earned her best mark in the high jump event a week ahead of the conference championships, while competing at the Brockport Invitational & Multi. Earning a mark of 1.65m in the high jump, she earned her first individual 1
st place finish of the season, the perfect way to head into her first-ever collegiate championships.
Locci placed 3
rd overall at the conference championships in the high jump event after earning a mark of 1.65m, tying the mark of her teammate and earning a spot on the All-Conference All-Rookie Team.
Liam Rocks also saw steady improvement throughout his first collegiate indoor season, specializing in mid-distance events. Opening the season at the Greg Page Relays & Multi, he competed in the 3000m event, placing 3
rd overall with a time of 8:53.42. After a brief pause in the schedule, Rocks was back competing at the West Point Open, this time competing in the Mile and the 4x400m relay. Liam set personal bests in the 1000m, the 3000m, and the Mile event in the three invitationals leading up to his first-ever collegiate indoor championships. At the RIT January Friday Meet, he set a personal best in the 1000m event, running a time of 2:45.35 and placing 8
th overall. At the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, he set a personal best in the 3000m event, clocking in with a time of 8:47.49 and placing 177
th overall.
Ahead of the championships, Rocks set a personal best in the Mile event at the Brockport Invitational & Multi, placing 11
th overall after earning a time of 4:33.80. At the championships, Rocks placed 11
th overall in the 3000m event in a time of 8:50.76, the best finish by a freshman. Liam joined Locci as a member of the 2025 Indoor Track & Field All-Conference All-Rookie Team due to his performance at the championships.
The Dolphins will look to continue to see success as the outdoor season is already underway. After the first weekend at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C., the 'Phins have already set three program records. Le Moyne will travel to Lafayette College on March 29
th to compete in the Leopard Invite in Easton, Pa.
