2021-2022 Men’s Team Captain
2021 – Junior: Did not see any action due to limited opportunities from pandemic.
2020 – Sophomore: At Northeast 10 Conference Championships, Turczyn again finished 9th in the 400 IM, 1st alternative in the 200 IM and 2nd alternate in the 200 Breaststroke. In relays, he was on the 4th place 800 Freestyle A and 11th place 200 and 400 Medley, and 400 Freestyle Bs. At ECAC Championships, he finished in 16th in the 400 IM and finaled in both relays he swam, finishing 113th in the 400 Freestyle and 13th in the 200 Freestyle.
2019 – Freshman: At Northeast 10 Conference Championships, Turczynn finished 9th in the 400 IM, 13th in the 200 IM and 15th in the 200 Breaststroke, 16th in the 200 Breaststroke. In relays, he was on the 5th place 400 Freestyle A and 11th place 200 Medley, 200 and 800 Freestyle Bs.
Personal: A dual major in Accounting and Business Analytics and an Economics minor; also a 4+1 MBA student. He is a member of the Dean’s List and Magna Cum Laude. Prior to Le Moyne, Turczyn was a 2x Academic All American, a National Honor Society and Math Honor Society member. He was a 2x All-American in the 200 Medley Relay. His relay finished 2nd in the NYSPHSAA Championship in 2018. He was his team’s Captain. He was also a member of the high school track team. He was a member of the Adirondack Bluefins. Parents are Steve and Pam. Sister, Kate is a Freshman at Le Moyne.
