2023 – Sophomore: Started 41 games during his second season with the Dolphins, totaling 22 runs, 37 hits, eight doubles, four home runs, 20 walks and 20 RBIs with a .400 on-base percentage… launched his first home run of the season, a two-run shot, during a win over Saint Anselm (Mar 24) … recorded two walks and an RBI double during a win over Franklin Pierce (Apr 3) … started three games during the Saint Rose series (Apr 15-16) and tallied a combined six hits, four runs, and six RBIs with a double and a home run as the Dolphins captured a conference sweep… went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a walk during a 7-3 win at Pace (Apr 21) … went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double, a run and a walk during an 8-6 win against Adelphi (Apr 27) … in the finale game of the New Haven series (May 6), Ries went a career-best 4-for-5 at the plate with a double, two RBIs and a career-high three runs scored to help lead the Dolphins to a 9-1 win… started all 10 of Le Moyne’s postseason games… during the First Round of the NE10 Championships, Ries provided a hit, two walks and a run during a 10-5 win over Adelphi (May 9) … recorded a double during the opening contest of the NCAA Championships East Regional #2 as the Dolphins claimed an 8-7 win against Queens (May 18) … during the East Regional #2 title game, Ries provided a single, a double and a run as the ‘Phins claimed a 6-5 victory to advance to the Super Regional… launched a home run during game two of the NCAA Championships East Super Regional against Southern New Hampshire (May 27).
