2023: Junior - Breitbeck competed in four different meets during his inaugural season at the Division ! level. Breitbeck finished 30th during the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sept. 2), the first meet of the year, earning a time of 22:46.3. The Dolphins finished that meet second behind Daemen College. He competed in the 8k events for both the 2023 Yellowjacket XC Invitational (Sept. 16) and the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30) finishing with times of 29:55.9 and 31:28.9. Breitbeck finished the season placing 87th during the Northeast Conference Championships, running in the 8k finishing with a time of 33:09.0.

2022: Sophomore – Placed 32^nd at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sep 3) with a time of 23:03.7 at the six-kilometer course as the Dolphins came in third… during the Dolphins’ second-place finish at the Hamilton College Invitational (Oct 8), Breitbeck came in 32^nd with a time of 29:29.3 at the eight-kilometer course.

2021: Freshman – At his first collegiate event, Le Moyne’s Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sep 4), Breitbeck navigated the six-kilometer course in 21:54.4 to finish in 18^th place as the Dolphins came in third at the event… during the Dolphins’ first-place finish at the Cazenovia College Homecoming Invitational (Oct 2), Breitbeck registered an 11^th-place finish with a time of 32:24.1 at the eight-kilometer course.

Personal: Evan Breitbeck was born to Dan and Bridget Breitbeck, graduated from Cicero-North Syracuse High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society, received the Le Moyne Heights Award, declared the C-NS Law Student of the Year and was a Section III Champion on multiple occurrences. Evan will be graduating this year on the Heights. Breitbeck will be studying Political Science in the classroom and focusing on the cross country and mid-distance side of track and field. Breitbeck’s has earned PRs of 2:02 in the 800m and 4:42 in the 1600m. Evan has a sister, Ava, who attends Syracuse University.
