2023: Sophomore - In his first season at the Division I level, Pecoraro competed in three different meets, beginning with the 2023 Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sept. 2). He competed in the 6K, earning a time of 24:20.1 and finishing 51st overall. The following two meets, the 2023 Yellowjacket XC Invitational (Sept. 16) and the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30), Jacob competed in the 8K earning a time of 31:32.8 and 32:47.9.

2022: Freshman – Finished 41^st at his first collegiate race, Le Moyne’s Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sep 3), navigating the six-kilometer course in 23:52.9… Pecoraro was the sixth Dolphin to cross the finish line at Vassar’s Ron Stonitsch Invitational (Sep 10), completing the six-kilometer course in 22:51.4… he was once again just outside the Dolphins’ scoring group at Roberts Wesleyan’s Harry F. Anderson Invitational (Sep 24), running the eight-kilometer course in 30:16.4… improved his eight-kilometer time to 29:59.5 at the Hamilton College Invitational (Oct 8).
