Biography


2021-22: Redshirt Junior – Started all 25 games for the ‘Phins during her first season on The Heights… recorded a double-double of 21 points, including six three-point field goals, and 11 rebounds in 34 minutes played during her Le Moyne debut on Ted Grant Court against East Stroudsburg University (November 17), an 82-48 Dolphins victory… contributed 17 points and seven rebounds in 30 minutes of action during the ‘Phins 65-48 conference-opening victory against New Haven (November 20)… during Le Moyne’s 70-59 win at home against Stonehill (January 8), Abdul-Aziz drained five three-pointers and finished the NE10 battle with 17 points… delivered back-to-back 20-point games towards the end of February… tallied 21 points and five rebounds in Le Moyne’s second battle of the season against New Haven (February 5), which resulted in a 69-53 ‘Phins win, then followed that up with 25 points, including six makes from three-point land, five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 37 minutes played during the Dolphins’ 64-60 NE10 Conference Championships Quarterfinal win against Saint Anselm (February 28)

2020-2021: Senior – Appeared in three games as a senior, while at Davidson College. Drained a three-pointer in five minutes of action against Maryland in the season opener.


2019-2020: Junior  Appeared in four games, at Davidson College, before being forced to miss the rest of the season due to an injury. Had a strong game in a 101-51 win vs. Western Carolina, Nov. 20, tying career high with 10 points on a personal-best three triples to go with a personal best four rebounds. Swished home the Wildcats' 13th three-pointer that tied a school record before it was broken shortly after.

2018-2019: Sophomore – Played in two games, while at Davidson College, as a sophomore while recovering from an injury as a freshman.

2017-18: Freshman  While at Davidson College, played in 13 games as a freshman, starting four of them. In first collegiate game, scored five points and pulled in three rebounds to go with an assist and one at Western Carolina. During first collegiate start at Appalachian State, reached double figures with 10 points, including a couple triples and swishing home all four free throws.

Personal: Graduated from Mohonasen High School in 2017. Previously attended Davidson College, receiving an undergraduate degree in economics in 2021. Parents are Idris and Christina and has three siblings, Jalani (UNC-Charlotte), Kenzo, and Aaliyah. Currently pursuing an MBA in management.
