Personal: A 2024 graduate of East Islip High School, where he was Top 10 in his class, an AP Scholar with Distinction, a member of the Foreign Language Honor Society, a Scholar-Athlete and received the White Letter Award for highest GPA on the varsity swim team… received All-American Consideration in 2024, was a three-time All-Long Island selection, a three-time All-State selection, a three-time All-County honoree, and a three-time All-League honoree… helped break three school records in relays: the 200 medley relay (1:37.21), 200 freestyle relay (1:25.28), and 400 freestyle relay (3:08.45)… helped lead East Islip to an undefeated season and a league championship in 2023… outside of swimming, Milligan enjoys wakeboarding, boating, jet skiing, surfing and golfing… studying Business Analytics… son of Robert and Deborah… has two siblings: Lauren (SUNY Farmingdale ’18) and Stephanie (SUNY Oneonta ’12)… born on June 21.
