Lambdin joins the Dolphins after most recently serving as an assistant track and field coach at Skaneateles High School since the Spring of 2014. His primary responsibility was the boy's and girl's throwing events. Lambdin's expertise produced six record holders, fifteen conference champions, nineteen section 3 champions, three state qualifiers, and two state finalists.
Lambdin competed for Hamilton College in the hammer, and held the program record during his sophomore, junior, and senior years. He qualified for the 1982 and 1983 NCAA Division III Championships. He continues to throw hammer at the USATF Masters level.
Lambdin earned a Bachelor's Degree with honors in Religion and Mathematics minor from Hamilton College in 1983, and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Union College in 1985.
He has the following certifications:  USATF Level 1, USATF Level 2 – Throws, USATF Level 3 – Throws, expected November 2024.
He resides on a 170-acre farm outside Skaneateles, N.Y. with his wife Claudia. He has two adult children, Allison and Mary.
