Alyssa Dybacz returns to her alma mater entering her first season on the Dolphins’ coaching staff, bringing energy, insight and first-hand experience from her own highly-successful playing career. In her role she will focus on developing the program’s hitters and catchers, while also managing a comprehensive range of administrative tasks that support the team’s operations and long-term success.

During her collegiate career at Le Moyne College, Dybacz was a standout outfielder and one of the program’s most decorated hitters—earning top honors in both the Northeast-10 Conference (NE10) and later the Northeast Conference (NEC) as the program transitioned from NCAA Division II to Division I. She was named to the NE10 All-Conference Second Team and All-Rookie Team in 2022. In 2023 she elevated her game, earning NE10 All-Conference First Team honors by leading the league in doubles (17), conference doubles (11), and extra-base hits (16) while posting a slash line of .421/.482/.763 in conference play. In 2024 she earned NEC All-Conference recognition, registering a .345 batting average, .546 slugging percentage, 60 hits and 37 runs scored.

In 2025, Dybacz was honored as the female recipient of the Rev. J.J. O’Brien Senior Athlete Achievement Award—an accolade presented by the Dolphin Athletic Association to the senior student-athlete at Le Moyne College who has distinguished themselves through outstanding athletic achievement, leadership, character, and service to the college and community.

With her deep connection to Le Moyne and a passion for softball, Dybacz is uniquely positioned to guide the Dolphins as they compete at the NCAA Division I level, preparing student-athletes to excel both on and off the field.
