2022-23: Redshirt Freshman – Started all 28 games during her first collegiate campaign and averaged 10.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, a team-best 3.4 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.7 blocks in a team-high 35.5 minutes per game on her way to winning the NE10 Rookie of the Year Award… finished 4th in the conference in minutes per game, 6th in assists per game, 4th in assist to turnover ratio (1.8), 6th in steals per game, 14th in blocks per game, 10th in three-point field goals made per game (1.7) and along with teammate Kaia Goode she was one of just two rookies in the league to average at least 10.0 points per game… Lusher committed just 38 fouls (1.4 per game) in 995 minutes played… she won the conference’s Rookie of the Week Award on three different occasions… In her first time competing in a Le Moyne uniform during the team’s exhibition contest at the JMA Wireless Dome against Syracuse (Nov 3), Lusher recorded a team-high 17 points on 6-11 shooting from the field and 5-6 from beyond the three-point line to go along with three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 38 minutes played as the Dolphins narrowly lost to the Orange by a score of 73-70… in her regular season debut against Lake Erie (Nov 11), she poured in 20 points on 7-11 from the field, 4-6 from three and 2-2 from the line to help lead the ‘Phins to an 81-67 win… she tallied seven points, seven assists, three steals and a block during the conference opener against Saint Rose (Nov 19) … during a 20-point conference road win at Franklin Pierce (Nov 30), Lusher registered 15 points, five assists, five rebounds, four steals and a block in 35 minutes played… played all 40 minutes during a 64-52 win at Saint Anselm (Dec 2) and contributed 10 points, seven rebounds, five assists, three blocks and a steal… during the 85-63 non-conference win at Roberts Wesleyan (Dec 14), when the Dolphins set a program record with 18 made three-point field goals, Lusher provided 15 points on 6-6 shooting from the field, including 4-4 from long range, with five assists and zero turnovers… scored a season-high 21 points with the help of five three pointers during a 57-44 win at New Haven (Dec 31) … registered 18 points on 7-11 from the field, including 3-6 from three-point land, with six rebounds, four assists and four steals in 36 minutes of action during a win over Southern New Hampshire (Jan 14) … during a 63-58 win at Saint Rose (Jan 28), Lusher recorded her first career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds to go along with four assists, two blocks and two steals (Jan 28) … added nine points, four rebounds and two assists in 39 minutes during the win over #18 Assumption (Feb 7) … produced 16 points on 6-10 from the field and 3-6 from long range with five rebounds, a season-high eight assists, three steals and one block in 33 minutes during a win at American International (Feb 11) … notched 10 points, eight rebounds and two steals at Saint Michael’s (Feb 15), then tallied 12 points, five rebounds, six assists, two steals and zero turnovers in the regular season finale against New Haven (Feb 18) … played 43 minutes and recorded seven points, seven rebounds and three assists during the NE10 Championship Quarterfinal loss in overtime to Pace (Feb 26) … contributed nine points, three rebounds and three steals in 37 minutes of action during the NCAA Championship East Regional contest against Bentley (March 10)
2021-22: Freshman – Redshirted due to injury
Personal – Graduated from Oneida High School in 2021. Holds school records in career FG%, career FT%, career assists, season FG%, season FT%, season 3pt%, single game assists, and single game blocks. Was named All-League First Team as a freshman, All-League Player of the Year as a sophomore and junior, All-State First Team as a junior, and All-Tournament Team as a junior. Also lettered in tennis, softball, and soccer. Parents are Tim and Sandra. Has five siblings; Lauren attends Binghamton University, Taylor attends Le Moyne, Drew attends Rider University, Sam attends the University at Buffalo, and Ryan is in high school. Is currently majoring in psychology with a concentration in early education.
