2023: Freshman - In her first year with the Dolphins, Lowenguth saw herself finish with a top-40 finish. At the opening meet, the 2023 Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sept. 2), Amanda competed in the 4k, running a time of 19:31.0 and finishing 33rd overall. In the following meet, the Dolphins travelled to compete in the 2023 Yellowjacket XC Invitational (Sept. 16), where she competed in the 6k and earned a time of 28:48.3. She would run the 6k during the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30), finishing with a time of 29:34.3. During the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 14), Lowenguth added the 5k to her portfolio, running in a time of 23:05.7, and finishing 93rd overall. In her final meet of the season and her first Northeast Conference Championship (Oct. 28), Amanda competed in the 5k running a time of 24:53.2 and finishing 74th overall.
