2025: Junior - Ples competed in all five races during the season, highlighted by a top-25 finish in the 4k. Best marks included a 16:01.3 in the 4k, a 23:55.2 in the 6k and a 20:07.7 in the 5k. Opened the season by placing fourth in the 4k (16:01.3) at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Aug. 30. Later posted a season-best 6k placement of 34th (24:09.5) at the Hoffmann Invitational on Sept. 20, then recorded a season-best 6k time of 23:55.2 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 3. Finished the year with a 41st-place 6k showing (25:23.5) at the NEC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1.

2024: Sophomore - Mackenzie competed in seven races as a sophomore, racing at 4k, 5k and 6k distances over the course of the season. Opened the year by placing fifth in 17:04.8 in the 4k at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Aug. 31, then placed 14th in 20:11.9 in the 5k at the Daemen Alumni Invitational on Sept. 14. Later in the season, finished 40th in 19:54.9 in the 5k at the NEC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1 and capped the schedule with a ninth-place 4k finish (16:17.6) at the SFU Red Flash Rally on Nov. 9.

2023: Freshman - As a freshman, she competed in six races across the fall schedule. Opened the season by placing 10th in the 4k at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Sep. 2, finishing in 16:13.2. Later in the year, placed 7th in the 4k at the Saint Francis University Red Flash Rally on Nov. 5 with a time of 16:48.7. Also raced at the NEC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28, posting a 21:44.1 in the 5k and finishing 56th.
