2023: Graduate - During her fifth year with the Dolphins and first at the Division I level, Snell competed in five different meets throughout the season. Opening the year with the 2023 Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational (Sept. 2), Olivia ran the four-kilometer course in a time of 25:59.2 and finishing 60th overall. She would travel to the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30), where she would compete in the 6k, running a time of 42:39.5. Two weeks later she was back in action as the Dolphins traveled to the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 14), where Snell ran the 5k in a time of 27:52.2 and finishing 114th overall. Olivia and the 'Phins would head to their first Northeast Conference Championships (Oct. 28), where she competed in the 5k running a time of 29:14.3 and finishing 79th overall. At the final meet of the 2023 XC season, Snell and the Dolphins traveled to Loretto, Pa. to compete in the Saint Francis University Red Flash Rally (Nov. 5), competing in the 4k with a time of 23:08.8 and finishing 24th overall.

2022: Senior - Snell competed in seven different meets during the 2022 XC season and earned three personal records. At the first meet of the year, the Frank Dillon Memorial Le Moyne Invitational (Sept. 3), Snell set a personal record in the four-kilometer course running a time of 22:13.1 and finishing 55th overall. The following meet at the Vassar Ron Stonitsch Invitational 2022 (Sept. 10), she competed in the 5k, running a time of 30:15.4 and finishing 83rd overall. Two weeks later, Snell and the Dolphins traveled to the Harry F. Anderson Invitational (Sept. 24) where she ran the 5k in a time of 27:22.1. Olivia set another personal record during the Hamilton Invitational (Oct. 8) running the 5k in a time of 27:07.4 and finishing 49th overall, her best finish of the season. Ahead of the NE-10 Championship, the Dolphins competed in the Hamilton College Tune-up (Oct. 22) where Snell ran the 4k in a time of 23:12.9 and finishing 85th overall. At the NE-10 Cross Country Run Championship (Nov. 6), Olivia ran the 6k in a time of 34:30.4 and finishing 105th overall. At the final meet of the 2022 season, Snell would compete in the NCAA Division II Eat Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 19), setting another personal record in the six-kilometer course with a timr of 32:39.6 and finishing 139th overall.

2021: Junior - During her third year with the Dolphins, Olivia would compete in five different meets. Opening the year with the Frank Dillon Memorial Le Moyne Invitational (Sept. 4), Snell would compete in the 4k running a time of 24:03.7 and finishing 52nd overall. The following meet, the Dolphins traveled to the Siena Invite (Sept. 11), where she would compete in the five-kilometer course running a time of 29:58.6 and finishing 88th overall. Two weeks later, Olivia would compete in the Harry F. Anderson Invitational (Sept. 25), running the 5k in a time of 28:04.4. Ahead of the Northeast-10 Cross Country Championships (Oct. 24), Snell and the Dolphins would compete in the Hamilton College Invitational (Oct. 9) where she ran the 5k in a time of 27:07.4 and finishing 49th overall. At the NE-10 Cross Country Championships (Oct. 24), she would compete in the 6k running a time of 33:26.4 and finishing 133rd overall. 

2020: Sophomore - Season Canceled (Covid-19) 

2019: Freshman - In her first year with the Dolphins, Snell would compete in three different meets throughout the 2019 XC season. Opening the year with the Hamilton College Short Course (Sept. 7), Snell ran the four-kilometer course in a time of 26:59.8. Two weeks later, she competed in the Harry F. Anderson Invitational (Sept. 21), competing in the 5k with a time of 31:17.9. At her first Northeast-10 Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 27), Snell ran the six-kilometer course in a time of 38:33.6 and finishing 135th overall.

Personal - Olivia Snell, daughter of Renee and Michael Snell, is a middle distance runner from Valley Falls, New York. Snell is a double major in biology and psychology with a double minor in chemistry and statistics. Snell graduated from Greenwich Junior-Senior High School with honors, Mastery in Mathematics, and Mastery in Science, where she was president of the National Honor Society. Snell was a member of her high school’s indoor and outdoor track and field teams, tennis team, and field hockey team. She was a member of the Riding Right Dressage Team in Buskirk, New York. Snell qualified for the Lendon Gray Dressage Festival (2014-2017) and the Indoor Track and Field New York State Championship in 2019.

As a ‘Phin, Snell has been named a scholar-athlete and has been named to the Dean’s List every semester, as well as the NE-10 Honor Roll. In 2021, she was chosen for the NCAA Student Athlete Leadership Training. Snell was inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society her freshman year. 

Snell has three siblings - Brendan Snell of SUNY Oneonta, Madison Snell of SUNY Adirondack, and Katie Snell of Greenwich Junior-Senior High School.
