2025: Junior - James competed in three races during the season, including a top-25 finish in the 4k. Opened the season by finishing 13th in the 4k at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Aug. 30, recording a season-best 17:36.3 in the event. Ran the 6k at the Hoffmann Invitational on Sept. 20 and placed 70th in 26:32.9, then posted a season-best 6k time of 26:03.4 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 3.
2024: Sophomore - Competed in six races during the season as a sophomore. Opened the year Aug. 31 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational, placing 16th in the 4K with a time of 18:48.5. Posted a 21:45.8 in the 5K at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 19, then closed the season Nov. 1 at the NEC Cross Country Championships, finishing 60th in the 5K in 22:15.3.
2023: Freshman - Did not compete (Joined the Dolphins in Spring 2024)
