Le Moyne College Athletics

Rainone is entering her second season with Le Moyne in 2021-22.

A native of Syracuse, Rainone graduated from Syracuse University in 2016. She was a three-year starter on defense for the Orange women’s lacrosse team. As a senior, was a member of a defense that held its opponents to less than 10 goals 12 times. Rainone played in four NCAA final fours and one NCAA National Championship game (2014),  where she was a starter on defense. She was known as the shut-down specialist who commonly guarded the opposing team’s best attacker. She recorded six caused turnovers, 10 ground balls, six draw controls, three goals and one assist in her career.

In 2018-2019, Rainone was the assistant coach at her alma-mater, Westhill High School. From  2017-2020, she was a lacrosse sales representative for Lax.com, where they registered over $1 million in lacrosse sales. Along with being the assistant with the Dolphins, she is also the director of Monster Elite Club Lacrosse in Syracuse.
