Jessica Antelmi is in her second season as the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach after being hired in July 2014. In 2015, the Dolphins registered an 18-4 record, a share of the Northeast-10 Conference regular season title and a Final Four appearance. Antelmi assisted in mentoring the Division II Attacker of the Year and five First Team All-Americans, four of which are back for the 2016 campaign.
Prior to coming to Le Moyne, Antelmi spent one season at SUNY Cortland as the Graduate Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach during the 2013-2014 academic year. In 2014, the Red Dragons posted a 22-1 record and appeared in their fourth consecutive Final Four. Antelmi aided in the development of both the Division III Attacker and Defender of the Year.
Antelmi, a 2013 graduate of the University at Albany with a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, was a four-year member of the Great Danes women’s lacrosse team from 2009-2013, winning back-to-back America East Conference Championships and making NCAA tournament appearances in 2011 and 2012. An America East All-Conference First (2013) and Second (2012) Team member in her final two seasons, Antelmi was also one of twelve America East Conference women’s lacrosse players named to the All-Academic Team in 2012 and 2013. As a captain her senior year, Antelmi was selected to the America East Championship All-Tournament Team, and finished her career as an IWLCA All-Region Selection.
Antelmi is a native of Bridgeport, N.Y. and attended Chittenango High School, lettering in tennis, basketball and lacrosse.
