Le Moyne College Athletics

    Amanda Lee Winn, daughter of Kevin and Mary Alice Winn, graduated from Christain Brothers Academy in 2019 before attending Niagara University - where she played DI lacrosse. At Christain Brothers Academy, Winn was a member of the National Honor Society, achieved high honors each semester, and was captain of her lacrosse and soccer teams. With Winn’s help, her lacrosse team won sectional titles in 2017 and 2018, moving on to win the NYSPHAA State Championship in 2018. Winn was named 2019 Female Air Force Scholar-Athlete of the Year after being an All-CNY lacrosse honorable mention in 2018 and 2019 and being awarded the Varsity Soccer Coaches Award in 2016. 

In 2020, Winn transferred to Le Moyne, majoring in English on the 3+3 Law Track. She is a middle and long-distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter dash and 1500-meter runs on the track. In the spring 2021 track season, Winn qualified for the Northeast-10 Conference Championship in the 800-meter dash, where she ran 2:39.06 - just off of her PR of 2:38.32.
