Biography

Julia Shirley, daughter of Susan Kelley and James Shirley, is a sprinter from East Hampton, Connecticut. Following her 2019 graduation from East Hampton High School, Shirley started her time as a ‘phin in the nursing program with a minor in psychology. Shirley has been recognized for being part of the Dean’s List.

Shirley has one sibling, Maura Shirley, of the University of New Haven.
