Biography
2022- Sophomore: Had three top 5 finishes for individual races. Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that had two top 10 finishes. Had a career best time for the 5000 with a time of 19:37.50 finishing 17th overall at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2021- Freshman: Had two top 5 finishes for individual races. A career best at the Cortland Conference Qualifier in the 800 finishing 7th with a time of 12:39.30.
Personal: Sophia Anne Bisognano, daughter of Joe and Mary Bisognano, is a 2020 graduate of Colonie Central High School. In high school, Bisognano was named to the honor roll from 2016 - 2020 and was inducted into the National Honor Society. As a phin, Bisognano is an English major and a distance runner who qualified for the 2021 NE-10 outdoor track championship in the 5k.
Bisognano has three siblings - Carina Bisognano of St. John’s, Anthony Bisognano of UAlbany, and Michael Bisognano of Colonie Central High School.
