Le Moyne College Athletics

Fay is in her third season as an assistant coach on the volleyball staff after being hired prior to the 2019 season.

Fay was a volleyball student-athlete for the 2013-16 seasons and was a three-year starter as a defensive specialist. During her senior year, the Dolphins won the NE10 regular season championship and earned the program’s first berth in the NCAA Championships.

Along with being an assistant coach, Fay works full-time as an Actuary in Syracuse after graduating from Le Moyne with a BA in Mathematics in 2017.
