SYRACUSE, N.Y. - In a non-conference game that featured 38 base hits and 37 combined runs, Le Moyne defeated Binghamton at a rain-soaked Dick Rockwell Field. The 21 runs scored by the Dolphins was the team's highest offensive output since April 1, 2006 when the Dolphins defeated Iona, 22-6.
Stephen Crawford (Webster, N.Y. /Eastridge) led the charge for the Dolphins connecting on four hits, two doubles, and one homerun to drive in five runs. Sean Paino (Wappinger Falls, N.Y. /Roy C Ketcham) started in center field and went 4-5 at the plate with two doubles and two runs batted in. Junior shortstop Andy Parrino (Brockport, NY / Brockport) scored five times and he chipped in with two doubles.Â
