After each team missed a shot, Gardner drew a foul with 21 seconds remaining and went to the foul line for two shots. She missed both attempts, but got her own rebound to set up one final chance to win the game in regulation. Thacker's shot with three seconds left was off the mark, resulting in the overtime period.
Following ties at 67 and 69 over the opening three minutes of overtime, Charette gave the Ravens a 72-69 lead with a three-pointer with 1:42. As was the case in regulation, the Ravens failed to score the remainder of the period.
Once again, Purcell started Le Moyne's run with a lay-up with 1:03 to go.
