Waltham, Mass. – Three Dolphins each recorded 11 kills as the Le Moyne College volleyball team registered a 3-1 victory over Bentley University on Saturday afternoon in Northeast-10 Conference action at the Dana Center.

The victory over the Falcons is Le Moyne's first since the 2000 season, snapping a streak of 17 straight Bentley wins over the Dolphins. The win is the first at Bentley since the 1996 season, snapping a streak of 10 defeats in Waltham.

The Falcons opened the match with a 25-11 victory in the first set, which included a 9-0 run to turn a 13-10 lead into a 12-point advantage. Le Moyne answered back with a 25-23 win in the second set after using a 7-1 run early in the set to take control. The Dolphins used a 6-1 run to break a 14-14 tie en route to a 25-20 victory in the third set. Le Moyne closed out the match with a 25-19 win in the fourth set, which included a 9-1 streak after falling behind 3-0 and a 7-2 spurt to close out the set.

Junior setter Kendall Corcoran (Fort Salonga, N.Y./Kings Park) dished out 43 assists, the 14th of which made her the ninth Dolphin to record 1000 assists in a season, while she added nine digs and two blocks. Sophomore libero Mikayla Porr (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) led the Dolphins defensively with 30 digs, which gives her 530 on the season, one shy of her own program record set last season.
