Roberts, who added five rebounds and a pair of assists to her game-high point total, tallied 15 of her points over the second and third quarters. Classmate Liz Millea (Cooperstown, N.Y./Cooperstown) recorded 11 points in 20 minutes off the bench as the only other Dolphin to score in double digits.

Sarah Saba led the Wildcats in the setback with 19 points, including nine in the third quarter, six rebounds, four steals and three assists. Sydney Jones registered 12 points, while Rachel Pawlak added 11 points off the bench.

The Dolphins scored the first four points of the game and led wire-to-wire. After Saba got the Wildcats within 4-3 with 7:55 left in the opening quarter, the Dolphins scored eight straight points. Junior forward Joanna Dobrovosky (Skaneateles, N.Y./Skaneateles) started the run with a jumper and a free throw on separate possessions and then Roberts made a free throw and a lay-up around a jumper by junior guard Ellie Leszyk (Horseheads, N.Y./Horseheads).

Daemen countered with seven of the next nine points to get back within four, 14-10, with 8:05 remaining in the second quarter. Three different players scored in the span for the Wildcats, with Pawlak hitting a three-pointer to cap the spurt.

Le Moyne answered with a 9-2 run over 2:19 to take a double-digit lead. Millea started the jaunt with a three-pointer and followed 80 seconds later with a conventional three-point play. Roberts then buried a three-pointer for a 23-12 lead with 5:26 to go in the half.

After Pawlak hit a three-pointer to get the Wildcats back within single digits, the Dolphins registered a 9-3 run to take their largest lead of the game, 32-18, with 1:10 left in the half. Roberts scored five of the points, while junior forward Nicole Riddick (Albany, N.Y./Colonie/UMass Lowell) and sophomore guard Madison Purcell (Clifton Park, N.Y./Catholic Central) each scored two points.

The teams went back and forth over the opening six minutes of the third quarter, with Le Moyne's lead bouncing between eight and 13 points.

Jordan Heinold hit a three-pointer with 3:55 left to get Daemen within seven, but the Dolphins answered with six straight points to push their lead back to 13. Riddick scored the first four points and then junior forward Courtney Webster (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks East), who grabbed a game-high nine rebounds, converted a lay-up.
