Colchester, Vt. – Senior attacker
Erica Geremia (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee/SUNY Cortland) registered a program record-tying 12 points to lead the second-ranked Le Moyne College women's lacrosse team to a 16-8 victory over Saint Michael's College on Wednesday afternoon at Duffy Field.
Geremia, who recorded eight of her points in the first half, tallied a career-best seven goals and dished out five assists for her career-best 12 points to tie the program's single-game points record. Amanda Keegan '07 established the program record on April 15, 2007 by registering six goals and six assists at Manhattan. Geremia's seven goals are tied for the fourth-most in a single game and are the most by a Dolphin since Brenna Bauer '13 recorded eight on April 10, 2012. Geremia's previous single-game high for goals (6) and points (10) came as a sophomore at Cortland on March 15, 2014 against Catholic University.
The Dolphins scored twice over the opening 61 seconds to jump out to a 2-0 lead. Senior attacker

Alexis Garbarino (Endwell, N.Y./Maine-Endwell) converted a free-position shot for her eighth goal of the year.

Kealy Moyna then converted a free-position shot in a player-down situation with 23:33 remaining for her 15th goal of the season.

After Bonewald converted another free-position shot with 16:56 left, the Dolphins scored seven straight goals over the final 11:48 of the half to take an 11-3 lead into the intermission. Freshman attacker
Bryanna Fazio (Watertown, N.Y./General Brown) ignited the run with 11:48 after collecting a pass from Geremia. Monnat then scored her 22nd goal of the year 22 seconds later after taking a feed from freshman midfielder
Monica Sanna (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford). Garbarino tied her career high with her second goal of the contest with 8:36 remaining off a pass from Fazio. Geremia followed with unassisted goals with 7:30 remaining, 6:49 left and 4:54 to go. Pardee put the Dolphins in front 11-3 with 2:32 left after accepting a pass from Geremia.
Geremia extended the lead to 12-3 just 46 seconds into the second half off a pass from Monnat.
Following an unassisted goal by Emily Loebs with 27:16 left, the Dolphins scored back-to-back goals to take a double-digit lead. Sophomore midfielder
Abbie McEntee (Cazenovia, N.Y./Cazenovia) gave the Dolphins a 13-4 lead with her 11th goal of the year with 25:21 to play off a feed from Fazio. Geremia followed with an unassisted goal with 20:53 remaining.

Almost seven minutes later, Alex Vincent registered her fourth goal of the campaign. She followed with her fifth goal with 8:49 left off a feed from Loebs, who then capped the streak with a free-position goal with 6:49 remaining.
Le Moyne tallied the next two goals to deliver the final margin. After Geremia netted her team-best 31st goal of the year with 5:47 left, Fazio finished off the game's scoring with her 30th goal of the year with 13 seconds left off a pass from Geremia. The assist gave Geremia five in a game for the seventh time in her two years as a Dolphin.
Senior goalkeeper
Ryan Cortese (Brewerton, N.Y./Paul V. Moore) registered three saves (against three goals) in the first half to become the sixth goalkeeper in the program's history to earn her 10 victories in a season. Grace Gunning made four saves in the loss for the Purple Knights.
