Albany, N.Y. – Shayna Webber landed 16 kills to lead The College of Saint Rose to a 3-1 win over the Le Moyne College volleyball team in Northeast-10 Conference action on Tuesday night at Nolan Gymnasium.
Saint Rose opened the match by taking the first set, 25-19. The Golden Knights doubled their lead in the contest with a 25-14 victory in the second set. Le Moyne stayed alive in the match with a 25-23 win in the third set. The Golden Knights closed out the match with a 25-21 victory in the fourth set.

Jessica Miller (Williamsville, N.Y./Williamsville South) led the Dolphins in the setback with a double-double of 10 kills and 10 digs. Senior outside hitter
Marguerite Dillon (Oswego, N.Y./Oswego) posted a team-best 11 kills to go along with seven digs and three service aces. Sophomore setter
Emily Yancone (Rochester, N.Y./Our Lady of Mercy) tallied her team-best seventh double-double with 33 assists and 11 digs. Senior libero
Mikayla Porr (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) led the Dolphins defensively with 19 digs, the eighth of which was the 1900th of her career, while junior defensive specialist
Claire Hiwiller (North Tonawanda, N.Y./Sweet Home) posted 11 digs.
Webber hit .469 en route to her match-high kill total, while also recording three blocks. Stevie Schweitzer tallied a double-double of 15 kills and 10 assists, while adding two service aces. Kyla Archie was the third Golden Knight with double-digit kills with 10. Sam Kubik directed the offense with 38 assists, while registering 18 digs for a double-double. Tina Ceriello led all players in the match with 26 digs.
Le Moyne (7-6, 0-4 NE10), which has dropped its first four NE10 matches for the first time, returns to action on Saturday at Assumption College at 12:00 p.m.
