Jessica Meneilly (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) tied her career high with seven points to lead the third-ranked Le Moyne College women's lacrosse team to an 18-6 win over American International College in Northeast-10 Conference play on Tuesday afternoon at Abdow Field.
The Yellow Jackets netted the first goal of the game at the 26:31 mark as Krista Iwanicki scored off a pass from Devin Coulter.
Le Moyne answered with four goals in a span of 2:11 to take control of the game. Junior midfielder

Erin McMullen (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill) capped the jaunt with 23:35 left off a pass from Meneilly.

Sidney Hall (Adams Center, N.Y./South Jefferson). Sam Giordano scored off a free-position shot with 9:49 left to make it 5-3, but Meneilly countered with one of her own with 7:32 remaining. Liz Day got the Yellow Jackets within two for the final time with 6:27 off a pass from Kaitlyn Morris.
Le Moyne scored the final four goals of the half to take a 10-4 into the intermission. Meneilly started the streak with another free-position goal with 6:10 left. Hall then scored at the 4:31 mark off a pass from Addonizio, who then fed Meneilly with 3:40 to go. Freshman midfielder
Reilly Geer (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill) completed the scoring in the stanza 27 seconds later by converting a free-position shot.
The Dolphins scored the first seven goals of the second half to extend their run to 11 straight goals. Following five minutes of scoreless play to start the half, the Dolphins scored four times in 1:50 to take a double-digit lead. Meneilly started the run after collecting a pass from McMullen, who then converted a free-position shot 33 seconds later. McMullen tallied her second straight with 23:42 left off a dish from Addonizio, who then found Meneilly 32 seconds later.
After 6:30 of scoreless action, Geer finished off a pass from redshirt sophomore midfielder

Brynne Lafave (Philadelphia, N.Y./Indian River) scored 50 seconds later off a free-position shot. McMullen registered her fourth goal of the game with 13:21 remaining off a pass from Nojaim.
Iwanicki scored AIC's first goal of the half with 11:14 left, while Day scored the team's last goal with 4:36 remaining off a pass from Coulter.
Karleski capped the game's scoring with 14 seconds left on a free-position shot.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Paige Crandall (Adams, N.Y./South Jefferson) earned the win between the pipes after making eight saves (against four goals) over 43:56. Chelsea Davis made 11 saves in the loss for the Yellow Jackets.
