Lauren Ferris (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee) tallied four points to lead the third-ranked Le Moyne College women's lacrosse team to an 18-3 win over The College of Saint Rose in Northeast-10 Conference action on Wednesday afternoon at the Plumeri Complex.
With the victory, the Dolphins clinched first place in the NE10 Southwest Division and will receive a bye in the first round of the NE10 Championships, which begins late next week.

Brynne Lafave (Philadelphia, N.Y./Indian River) capped the initial burst by finding the back of the net for the second time this season off a pass in a player-down situation from graduate student attacker

Le Moyne scored the final 10 goals of the half to take a 13-1 lead into the intermission. Meagher ignited the streak with her 16th goal of the campaign after taking a feed from Ferris with 17:51 left. Senior attacker
Erin McMullen (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill), the IWLCA and NE10 Player of the Week, registered her team-best 33rd goal of the season with 15:35 remaining after collecting a pass from junior attacker
Jessica Meneilly (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse). Just over one and one-half minutes later, Ferris scored off a free-position shot for her fourth goal of the season. She scored again 52 seconds later off a dish from Hall, who then scored her 12th and 13th goals of the year in a span of 14 seconds for a 9-1 lead with 12:11 left in the half. Payton Bernardoni (Buffalo, N.Y./West Seneca West) gave the Dolphins a double-digit lead with her seventh goal of the campaign with 8:21 left and then fed Ferris for her third goal of the game with 5:39 to go. Junior attacker
Molly Hall (Adams Center, N.Y./South Jefferson) capped the scoring in the half with her third goal of the year with 1:35 left after taking a feed from Meagher.
The Dolphins scored the first four goals of the second half to extend their run to 14 straight goals. Freshman midfielder
Sarah Hutchings (Marcellus, N.Y./Marcellus) netted her fifth goal of the season just 26 seconds into the stanza to get the scoring started. Nojaim completed her hat trick with another free-position goal with 27:53 to play. Meneilly followed with a free-position goal of her own with 20:10 left for her 25th tally of the year. Rhonee Shea Pal (Canastota, N.Y./Bishop Grimes) capped the run with her first career goal with 13:41 remaining.
Rattigan ended her team's scoring drought with her seventh goal of the year with 10:17 left.

Kelly Thomas (Minoa, N.Y./East Syracuse-Minoa) netted her first goal of the year with 8:34 left off a pass from Bernardoni to complete Le Moyne's scoring.
Daria Bock finished off the game's scoring with her 14th goal of the year with 4:26 to play.

Paige Crandall (Adams, N.Y./South Jefferson) made two saves (against one goal) in the first half to earn her 10th win of the year. Dorothy Gaffney made three saves in the loss for the Golden Knights.
Le Moyne (10-0, 10-0 NE10) plays its final road game of the regular season on Saturday at 17th-ranked Pace University at 4:00 p.m.
