Pleasantville, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College volleyball team fell to Pace University, 3-1, on Tuesday night in Northeast-10 Conference action at the Ann and Alfred Goldstein Health, Fitness & Recreation Center.
The Dolphins started off the match by taking the first set 25-19. The Pace Setters came back to win the second and third sets by back-to-back scores of 25-16. Pace ultimately closed out the match with a 25-10 score in the fourth set.

Madeleine Kennedy (Chelsea, Mich./Chelsea) and redshirt sophomore outside hitter
Madison Dembroski (Plattekill, N.Y./Wallkill) each registered six kills. Dembroski led the team with nine digs, while Kennedy also registered six digs. Freshman middle blocker
Kayla Anstett (Rochester, N.Y./Hilton) recorded five kills, three blocks and two assists. Redshirt sophomore middle blocker
Marie Rhodes (Lancaster, N.Y./St. Mary's) guided the defense with seven blocks, followed by sophomore outside hitter
Rose Talty (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa), who had four blocks. Freshman setter
Haley Gerken (Buffalo, N.Y./Frontier) registered 15 assists and senior setter
Margaret King (Penfield, N.Y./Penfield) followed with nine assists. Sophomore defensive specialist
Ella Katz (Ballston Spa, N.Y./Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) recorded nine digs.
For the Setters, Brielle Jones had 17 kills and two blocks. Cydney Gardner had 13 kills followed by Daniella Abbastante with nine kills. Chelsey James registered four blocks and six digs. Jamie Bittiger had 19 digs and nine assists. Jada Screen recorded three blocks. Georgette Cosentino had 39 assists and 13 digs.
The Le Moyne Dolphins (7-13, 3-6) will play their next match against Bentley University at Ted Grant Court for their Senior Day on Saturday October 29
th at 1:00 PM.
