Rochester, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College women's and men's indoor track and field teams competed at RIT's Friday Meet #2 at the Gordon Field House on Friday night. Team scores for the meet were not recorded.
Redshirt junior
Mallory DiFelice (Webster, N.Y./Webster Schroeder) registered a time of 27.25 seconds to place third in the 200-meter dash for the Le Moyne women's top placement.
Senior
Samantha Pellegrini (Loudonville, N.Y./Colonie) placed fourth in the one-mile run with a time of 5:31.33.
Junior
Cleo Baker (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) turned in a time of 2:31.13 in the 800-meter run to place sixth.
Freshman
Natalie Lavello (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Arlington) placed sixth in the 200-meter dash in 27.95 seconds.
Junior
Shaina Smith (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa) finished seventh in the 60-meter hurdles in 10.11 seconds.
The quartet of Smith, Lavello, DiFelice and Baker won the 4x200-meter relay by over 3.5 seconds with a time of 1:41.40.
On the men's side, freshman
Brandon Scott (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) raced to a time of 52.90 seconds in the 400-meter dash to place third for Le Moyne's top finish.
Freshman
Dominic Abbott (Fulton, N.Y./G. Ray Bodley) tallied a time of 23.33 seconds in the 200-meter dash to place fourth.
Junior
Nicholas Hafner (Hamburg, N.Y./Hamburg) registered a time of 9.34 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles to place fifth. He finished eighth in the high jump after recording a height of 5-feet, 8.75-inches.
Senior
William Bilow (Chasm Falls, N.Y./Franklin) placed fifth in the high jump by clearing the bar at 5-feet, 8.75-inches.
The team of Scott, Hafner, senior
David Ware (North Syracuse, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse/St. John Fisher) and Abbott won the 4x200-meter relay by over 3.5 seconds with a time of 1:37.31.
The Dolphins wrap up the regular season next Saturday at Cornell University's Marc Deneault Invite.
